TOA Columbia is excited to offer Preferral as an option for referring your patients who need to see an orthopedic specialist.
Here are two options to get started with your referral:
Click this link to take you to a page that allows you to access the Preferral Powered Form. You can save this link in your Favorites to have access to it anytime.
Click this link to drag and drop the PPF icon to your desktop. When you want to make a referral, simply double click the icon on your desktop.
